Trăiesc în Germania. De multă vreme. Citesc presa locală și internațională. În fiecare zi: în română, engleză, spaniolă, italiană și evident, în germană. Iar astăzi, când am deschis obișnuita pagină de știri, dat fiind că una din temele pe care le urmăresc în presa germană este și România, mi-au apărut în fața ochilor două articole ale unor ziare extrem de importante la nivel național și internațional: Die Welt și FAZ (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung). Titlurile erau: “De 3 ori mai mulți români și bulgari beneficiari de Hartz IV”; iar subtitlurile erau  caracterizate de aceeași concizie dezarmantă: “150.000 de români și bulgari rezidenți în Germania beneficiază lunar de ajutor social. De 3 ori mai mulți decât în 2013” (Este vorba de în jur de 425 € fără chirie și încălzire, cheltuieli acoperite de către stat).  Stupoare.
